What is a packet

A packet is a file of information that pertains to a meeting event for reference purpose.

Posting in facebook

You need to be a Facebook member. Then if you want to post anything you can post. But if you want to post in a private group you need to join that group before you can post there.

How to find events in facebook

On the main page look under events. Click on the event you want to look at. Once there you can choose to click Interested, Going or Not Going.

Agenda

The agenda indicates what will be done at the meeting. The agenda makes sure that a meeting stays on track and that everyone knows what is happening and what is going to happen next.

Facebook files

In a private group page you can find files. Files are uploaded documents the group wants you to be able to read.

In any Facebook main page you can find the tab Discussions and by clicking on that tab you can read all the discussions posted.
